Almost all the parts sold by us are returnable within 30 days provided they have not been installed or damaged by you and that you have an RMA number. The return shipping charges will be reimbursed by us only if the product is found to be defective at the time of shipment or there is some shipping error on our part and the maximum reimbursement for return shipping will be equal to the shipping charged by us while the delivery of the order. In all other cases the return shipping charges will be borne by the customer. A 25% restocking fee is charged on the returns which are not the result of our mistake. The refunds are normally made within 10 days of receiving the returned order to the card with which the payment has been made.
Please note that a request to cancel an order that was ordered as a result of a customer's mistake is subject to our cancellation fee and is not eligible for a full refund if canceled, we can however change an order to a correct part if requested prior to an item being processed for shipping, otherwise the item needs to be returned and restocking fee applies.
Request a Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA) number, please contact our Customer Care Specialists at 647-410-7120 to obtain the RMA number.
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return auto parts that:
- Are in their original packaging
- Have an RMA Number.
- Have not been used, installed or disassembled
- Are not damaged due to improper installation
- Do not have missing parts, hardware or instructions
