Cancellations will only be processed for a period of 2 business days after an order is placed, or until a shipping waybill has been purchased/created - whichever occurs first. We cannot cancel fulfilled orders. These may be returned once received. 

Cancellations on special-order or backordered items outside of this 2 business day window (excluding orders pending freight quotes) will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. This is considered a 20% non-refundable deposit on the special-order or backordered items. Alternatively, we can issue a store credit for the full amount. Once these items are placed on a purchase order (by Parts Zone) with the manufacturer, they are committed to Parts Zone and cannot be cancelled. Out of stock notifications are sent out on the next business day after an order is received. In order to ensure these notifications are received, we encourage customers to add [email protected] to their contacts list. We will not be responsible for unread messages for any reason, including spam filtering. 

Customers that refuse the shipment of any fulfilled order will be refunded for the cost of their order, minus any freight charges incurred by Parts Zone and restocking fee (if applicable). There are no further exceptions to this policy. 


Should you wish to return your product for any reason, please please request an RGA number at [email protected]. Please note products returned to sender without an RGA number may not be credited. Traceability is required when receiving shipments to our warehouses. Some items may be exempt from being returned at the discretion of Parts Zone. These include electrical components, clearance Items, and some backorder or special-order parts. Some special-order and backorder items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Parts Zone reserves the right to withhold any/all costs of shipping, restocking fees, or special-order fees incurred during the transaction from the return/refund. The only exclusion to this will be if an incorrect item (relative to what was ordered) is shipped to the customer. While "Parts Zone" provides tools and data provided by the manufacturers to aid in the shopping experience, it is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm product fitment and ensure the product is correct for their application. "Parts Zone" reserves the right to deny return requests 30 days after the product has shipped. 


Please allow 2 weeks for your return to be processed and inspected. Once the inspection is complete, we will notify you the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for this refund to appear on your statement. 


Exchanges will only be offered for cases where the customer requires the same product, such as shipping damage. If a return of the product is required, "Parts Zone" will ship out a second product as soon as confirmation is received that the damaged product has been picked up. Exchanges will not be offered for any other reason.   


To return your product, please request our return form and await instructions. Items shipped to us without this process being completed will not be credited. Extra items shipped with your return that do not appear on the return documentation will not be credited.
